Meet Jenny
Jennifer Christopher is the owner of Noni Vita.
Born and raised in Manteca, CA, Jenny enjoyed small town life. Friday night football games, the community pool on hot summer days, and dinners at Noni’s on Sundays.
Her Story
Jenny found herself in the entrepreneur space by happenstance. Her first business was a salon in downtown Manteca. She signed up for a business development workshop and within that container, her mentor asked, “What is it you’ve always loved to do?” Her response, “I love to entertain, to cook for my friends and family, create delicious meals that join everyone together so we can make memories, have laughs and enjoy each other’s company in the same way as my Noni did.” …And that’s the moment when it all started.
Through much determination and the courage to change her whole life, Jenny now owns a mobile food truck that can be found around Manteca and surrounding communities. Her goal is to continue to give back to the community, feed those who desire it, and expand operations when possible.
